Clara Murphy Solicitor Partner
Clara heads up our Property and Commercial Departments. She adviises clients on a wide range of issues. She has vast experience in all areas of general practice. Her main areas of practice are Residential and Commercial Property including acquisitions and disposals of residential and commercial property, Licenced premises, including acquisition and disposal of property through Companies, Commercial Leasing and Commercial Agreements.
She also has considerable experience in Licencing, Landlord and Tenant Law, drafting of Wills, Probate and Administration of Estates. Cliona practices in the Firm's Property and Licencing Departments .
