Clara Murphy Solicitor Partner

Clara heads up our Property and Commercial Departments. She adviises clients on a wide range of issues. She has vast experience in all areas of general practice. Her main areas of practice are Residential and Commercial Property including acquisitions and disposals of residential and commercial property, Licenced premises, including acquisition and disposal of property through Companies, Commercial Leasing and Commercial Agreements.

She also has considerable experience in Licencing, Landlord and Tenant Law, drafting of Wills, Probate and Administration of Estates. Derry O'Driscoll Solicitor Consultant

Derry is a Consultant in our Litigation and Employment law section. He has extensive expertise in the area of Employment Law, including contentious claims before the Employment Appeals Tribunal and the Labour Court on behalf of both Corporations and Employees. He also has extensive experience in all aspects of Litigation Procedures particularly in High Court and Circuit Court Litigation on behalf of both plaintiffs, defendants and insurancs bodies. Derry also has extensive experience in the area of Licencing Law including all applications before the District and Circuit Courts.  Derry also practices in the Family Law Department.

Cliona Kiely Solicitor.

Cliona practices in the Firm's Property and  Licencing Departments . Cliona advises a wide range of clients and deals principally with the purchase,  sale and mortgage of residential property and Licensed premises, examination and Certification of Titles. Cliona has particular expertise in the area of Stamp Duty. She also has particular experience in the area of Licencing matters. Ruth Heavey Solicitor.

Ruth joined the practice in May 2008 and hails from Galway. She is involved in the Firm's Property, Litigation, Family Law and Probate Departments. Ruth advises clients on a wide range of issues. She has experience in all areas of general practice and, more particularly, in the sale and purchase of residential property, preparation of Wills and administration of Estates, and has recently become involved in Family Law and Litigation matters also. Ruth holds a B.A. (Hons) and LLB (Hons) Degree from National University of Ireland Galway and qualified as a Solicitor in January 2008.
